Volunteers Needed

SHiFT will need the help of 4 Volunteers. They will help in arranging the rooms, confirming the registrations, delivering the conference packages and lead people to their places, apart from other small tasks.

Volunteers will enter SHiFT for FREE.

• Half a day’s work on September 27.
• Half a day’s work during SHiFT on September 28 to 29(arrangements can be made between volunteers to make sure that they can see the presentations that they are more interested in).
• A couple of hours after SHiFT ends to clear out the rooms.

• FREE entry on SHiFT.
• Exclusive T-Shirt.
• FREE dinner with the Speakers on the day before SHiFT.

• Setting up the room for the conference.
• Checking registrations.
• Welcoming the participants.
• Delivering the conference packages.
• Setting up some of the speaker’s presentations.
• Attending to the speakers needs.
• Monitoring the video-conferences.
• Running the occasional errand.
• Clear out the room after the conference.

Volunteers will be required to fit this profile:

• Good Personal Presentation
• Fluent in English (Spanish a Bonus)
• Comfortable with Technology (both Windows and Mac’s a Bonus)
• Responsible and Energetic
